Last week at the Nestlé headquarters in Paris, activists celebrated Nestlé`s ‘trashiverary’. Nestlé has been in the top 5 biggest creators of plastic pollution worldwide for 5 years running. #sumofus organized the action in collaboration with #breakfreefromplastic and activists from Vittel, France (a town where Nestlé appropriates and bottles water as well as dumping plastic waste from their bottle factory).
For the event, I created a 2 meter tall "birthday cake” filled with Nestlé waste and a lighted birthday banner. Please help us to push Nestlé to take responsibility for their plastic dumping by signing this petition https://actions.sumofus.org/a/nestle-whistleblower-vittel... .
